How It All Started
Based in the UK, The Journalest was founded on a deep, personal understanding of mental health, informed by our own experiences with therapy and journaling. What began as a university project—The Procrastination Journal—quickly gained traction after we shared it with peers and saw the powerful impact it had on their wellbeing. Encouraged by the results, we launched The Journalest with a clear mission: to design research-backed journals that address real-life mental health challenges and make effective, accessible solutions part of everyday life.
