How It All Started
The Journalest started off as a college project taken up in the middle of deadlines and therapy, while trying to create a journaling technique that would actually make assignments less daunting.
The first concept was simple: Why don't we make scientifically backed journals that aid life's everyday challenges, that could be use as a supplement alongside therapy?
2 years, 4 prototypes, and multiple psychology studies later: our first journal, The Procrastination Journal, was ready for launch.
